Characteristics

For the construction of the building, only high quality materials and modern technology are being used, which provide high energy efficiency and good heat exchange. This way a lot of maintenance expenses are saved. We have an installation for collecting rainwater and a well for automatic watering and irrigation of the green areas. We use renewable sources of energy and we are also providing a photovoltaic solar system, which could power all of the common parts, including the installation and the automatic watering and irrigation.

Heating

The heating in every apartment and the provision of domestic hot water is done by gas installations in the building or heat pump installations.
Floor heating in the apartments:

• Constructed floor heating system (included in the price)
• It is the most-convenient and secure way to keep the apartment warm during the winter and cool during the summer
• Energy economy significantly lowers heating expenses
•  Silent and invisible system without any movement of dust particles
• Heat radiation is evenly distributed throughout the apartment.
